Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you order a product from LifeLocx and don’t want it anymore, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To return an item, please email [email protected] for assistance.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will replace it for you.
Standard Returns
Our Refunds Policy covers returns for products in new condition up to 30 days after delivery. All returned items must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging. Simply email [email protected], and we will walk you through the return process. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. If you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges. However, you are welcome to initiate a return for your item by emailing [email protected] and following the conditions above.
